1. As a brand who makes only custom made garments + made to order fits; we do not accept returns or exchanges.
2. For claims on recieving defected or false product, a video of unpacking of the package from the beginning is required .
3. An exchange will be processed for false and defected products once all the criterias are met.
4. We do not accept “Cash on delivery”.
5. Advances are fully payable for the order confirmation.
6. We accept Gpay, Phonepe, Paytm Upi and Bank Transfer .
7. On cancellation of the order, the advance paid would not be refunded.
8. Fair assistance would be provided in case of size issues. we would also take up the size alterations for free of charge and any other changes you may require, charges applied.
9. We do not provide a pick up service in case of return for alterations.
10.A tentative timeline would be provided for the dispatch . it can take longer sometimes, and the updates will be provided in that case.
